Frontend Tech Lead

We’re looking for a visionary technical lead who can drive innovation, mentor top-tier engineers, and help shape the future of frontend development. You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects with high profile clients, exploring how AI, automation, and modern frontend frameworks across industries.

What Your Responsibilities will be:

• Drive technical strategy and set the standard for frontend excellence, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
• Lead by example through hands-on development in React (preferred), Angular, or Vue
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI, machine learning, and automation in internal processes and client projects
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a strong learning and knowledge-sharing culture
• Represent the company through talks, workshops, and networking at industry events
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive innovation in product development

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in software development in frontend orfull-stack development
• Proven experience in leadership positions – mentoring teams, setting best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI & automation with a passion for integrating these technologies into projects
