The Opportunity

Join our team as a Business Data Analyst and empower data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will oversee demand management, gather and refine business requirements, analyze key use cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Bilingual Communication: Facilitate seamless collaboration across teams in Arabic and English.
• Demand Management: Manage demand and planning in Agile environments.
• Effort Estimation: Apply Feature, Epic, and T-shirt sizing techniques.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align business and technical teams effectively.
• Use Case Prioritization: Identify and prioritize high-value business use cases.
• Requirement Documentation: Develop accurate BRS/BRD documentation with approvals.
• AI & Analytics: Explore AI/ML solutions to solve business challenges.
• Data Visualization: Collaborate with UI/UX and Power BI teams for insightful visuals.
• Data Mapping & Validation: Ensure data readiness and accurate mapping.
• Risk Mitigation: Assess and address risks related to data and models.
• Sprint & Backlog Management: Work with Scrum Masters to manage the Data Product Backlog in JIRA.

Our Ideal Fit:

📈 Business Analytics Proficiency: Experience in BRD/FRD creation and analytics.

📊 Data & Power BI Mastery: Strong exposure to data management and visualization.

🎓 Qualified Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines with an analytics focus.
