We're Hiring: Senior Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop and optimize embedded software solutions for high-performance, mission-critical systems. You will work on Layer 2 (MAC Layer) development, secure boot processes, and real-time OS (RTOS) integration for cutting-edge embedded platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embedded Software Development – Design and implement Layer 2 (MAC Layer) protocols on FreeRTOS or similar RTOS using C++, targeting UltraScale+ MPSoC ARM Cortex-A53 and Cortex-R5 platforms.
• Software Profiling & Optimization – Utilize industry-standard profiling tools to analyze software interactions with hardware and optimize performance.
• Board Bring-Up & Integration – Lead bring-up efforts for FPGA-based, DSP, and CPU-based boards, ensuring seamless software-hardware integration.
• Security & Firmware Updates – Implement secure boot processes and firmware update mechanisms to maintain system integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
• Hardware-Software Co-Design – Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate software with Xilinx UltraScale+ MPSoC architectures.
• Compliance & Standards – Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and Common Criteria, focusing on ARM Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Expertise in C, C++, and Python for real-time and embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS, µC OS3, VxWorks), Embedded Linux, and ARM CPU architectures.
• Experience with secure boot, firmware updates, and low-level driver development.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA-based platforms, satellite communications (SatCom), WiFi, 5G, LTE, and defense-grade systems.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
