Information Technology Infrastructure and Security Manager

We are seeking an IT Manager IT Infrastructure and Security who will be responsible for overseeing the IT Infrastructure, Security and Projects (Data Center, Servers & Security, Project Management, Networking Administration and Database Management)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement Projects, Install Network Security and Database Administration
• Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure Managemen
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all critical systems, conducting regular risk reviews to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Manages risk reviews and update Risk matrix
• Manage software, technologies communication and suppliers to support business needs
• Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) and Threat Response
• Ensure uptime of all critical IT systems and functions
• Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing
• Lead and supervise the IT helpdesk team, ensuring timely resolution of user issues, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to best practices.
• Security Governance and Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
• Lead and maintain ISO 27001 (or relevant ISO security certification) compliance, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvements
• Endpoint and Mobile Device Security
• Infrastructure Automation and DevSecOp
• Data Protection and Encryption
• Security Awareness and Culture Building

Bachelors (IT Technical Specialization)

Experience

7-10 years

Hands on experience - Infrastructure and Project Management

Knowledge

Excellent Knowledge of ERPs, technical management, mitigation
