ERP Project Manager -Banking Domain

We have an urgent requirement for ERP Project Manager -Banking Domain for our client in Dubai location.

Candidate should have experience in End to End project delivery in ERP Projects---Must

Banking Domain ---Must

• Project manager who has end to end Project delivery experience.
• Work experience in the banking sector in UAE will be a big plus.
• Should be able to understand technical as well functional requirements.
• Experience related to ERP and automation projects will be a big plus.
• Min. 5-7 years of industry experience.
• Should have a Technical background (IT related).
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects for banking clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project objectives effectively.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation efficiently.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and banking personnel.
• Ensure the ERP solutions comply with banking regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance regularly, providing reports to management.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new ERP functionalities and updates.
• Gather and analyze end-user requirements to tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Address issues and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document project processes, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and lessons learned.
