As a Tiffany Human Resources Specialist, you will:

  • Recruit for retail positions across the business, ensuring top talent acquisition
  • Provide support in key HR areas (i.e. Payroll, benefits, administration etc.)
  • Support the retail organization and manage HR projects to drive business results
  • Build collaborative partnerships with retail leaders and store teams
  • Promote engagement through company initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture


Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Foster collaborative relationships with retail leadership and teams to identify business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Full-cycle recruitment for retail positions across Canada, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer presentation and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Support Talent Acquisition process by scheduling interviews, coordinating offer presentation, managing candidate communication and handling all administrative tasks related to recruitment
  • Lead or support Talent Acquisition special projects including career fairs, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment
  • Update Recruitment Activity Tracker on all applicable roles and oversee the Tiffany Referral Program.


Human Resources

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for retail employees, addressing benefits, policies, leaves, and other inquiries
  • Oversee leave processes, disability administration
  • Participate in Health & Safety meetings, manage workers’ compensation claims, and track safety metrics
  • Facilitate onboarding for retail leadership and corporate roles
  • Partner with HR leadership to drive engagement initiatives and champion DEIB efforts
  • Track and analyze HR data (staffing, retention, turnover, onboarding, etc.) to drive improvements
  • Develop HR resources to support leadership teams and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Maintain internal headcount records, org charts, and HR data trackers
  • HR Administration including processing invoices, supporting HR projects and contribution to departmental initiatives


Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience executing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, recruitment, leave management, performance management, and offboarding)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exceptional drive and self-motivation
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and accountability for deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and expertise with Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Desired:

  • A college/university degree.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation
  • Experience collaborating with global partners, HR COEs, and regional teams to execute programs and initiatives.
  • Fluent in French language
