Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities and dependencies.

- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct regular status meetings to track project milestones.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of project team members.
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Support and lead project review meetings and lessons learned sessions.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
- Assist in resource allocation and department planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in leading projects in a relevant industry.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder management and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
