We at Coforge are hiring UX/UI Designer with the following skillset:

• We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX architecture and a passion for creating user-cantered designs.
• This role involves collaborating with developers, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, front-end compliance, and alignment with business goals.
• 4+ years of UX/UI experience, with at least 1 year in UX architecture.
• Mandatory Skills: Expertise in Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo, and Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation.
• Experience with enterprise design systems and UX governance.
• Secondary Skills: Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proven ability to influence UX strategy and standards at an enterprise level.
• Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with usability testing and data-driven design improvements.
• Familiarity with maintaining style and branding guides for digital products.
