Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at CFI. The Human Resource Officer duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records through the Orange System
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in HR system
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Assist the Managers in Oman Entity
• Coordinate various office-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle communications with our outsourced service providers, including HR, expatriate hiring, and secretarial services.
• Fulfil other office administration responsibilities as needed.

Education and Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
