Middle 3D Artist (Hard Surface)

We are currently looking for an experienced Middle 3D Artist to work remotely, in-house, or on a freelance basis to deliver great-looking realistic hard-surface 3D assets, such as weapons, vehicles, and props for AAA games of different genres.

Responsibilities:

Creation of high-quality vehicles/weapons/props
Match the required art style of a project
Cooperate with other artists to streamline the art creation process
Work with team lead to create a plan and schedule

Requirements:

Strong modelling and texturing skills
Ability to rationally distribute polycount at the facility
Understanding different UV types (tiles, rectangular, UDIM)
Ability to follow and correctly interpret the concept
Ability to create 3D models from photo, drawing
Strong knowledge of 3dsMax/Maya/Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag
Understanding of modern pipelines and technical limitations for creating hard surface models
Good understanding of PBR pipelines for texturing
Strong portfolio showing 3D art skills
Good organization, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with the game development cycle
Intermediate English level
Advanced Ukrainian language level or higher

As a plus:

Sculpting in Zbrush, CAD modeling
Knowledge of Substance Designer, Fusion 360, Unreal Engine 4/5, Unity
Passion for games
