The company is currently in the second phase of a digital transformation and is seeking a Program Manager to oversee significant CRM implementation projects. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility between office and remote work.

Your new role

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the final stages of an 80% completed digital transformation. You will prioritize new projects and explore ways to leverage CRM implementations across various business units for maximum benefit. Managing a team consisting of a Business Analyst and a Project Support Officer, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects valued at over $4 million AUD. Your role will involve both strategic program management and hands-on project delivery, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and establishing robust project governance.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in digital transformation projects, particularly within large CRM implementation environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent governance skills, the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to managing risks and running projects. Familiarity with the nuances of the financial sector will be advantageous. You should also be adept at thinking strategically about how to utilise CRM systems across different business units to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
