Our client are a global leader in rail construction solutions. They are currently looking to appoint a Junior Project Coordinator to their team. This role is based 5 days a week at their offices at Condell Park.
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing project
execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives. This role
requires excellent organisational skills, communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present sales quotes and proposals.
- Communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide regular updates to management on project and sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and/or sales.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Capacity to work as part of a team and independently
