Senior Full-Stack developer

OBJECTIVE

To contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions, applying technical skills and knowledge to enhance efficiency and user experience, while meeting project objectives and requirements. Additionally, proficient in team management, task coordination, and responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, JavaScript, TypeScript, and preferably Node.js.
• Design and Architecture: Participate in defining system architecture and designing efficient, scalable technical solutions.
• Write well-designed, clean, and efficient code that is testable and adheres to best software development practices.
• Create user interfaces and design websites using standard HTML/CSS.
• Clarify assumptions, limitations, alternatives, and implications to prioritize features for clients and the team.
• Integrate data from various backend services and databases with external systems.
• Backend development of existing platforms (APIs, services, etc.).
• Apply optimal solutions for programming actions and functions.
• Propose early-stage solutions to prevent issues.
• Proactively identify impediments and blockers.
• Explore multiple solutions to a problem, analyze them, and determine the most effective and efficient approach. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure proper functionality.
• Integrations with diverse technologies.
• Organizational commitment and dedication to work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and needs.
• Implement continuous improvements in code architecture, bug fixes, new feature implementations, and performance optimization.
• Document development processes, integrations, and best practices as user manuals, installation guides, and code comments to enhance software understanding and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in remote work.
• 6 years of demonstrable experience as a FullStack developer.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Agile development practices.
• Teamwork and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proactivity and responsibility.
• Guide and collaborate with team members in technical issue resolution and application performance optimization.
• Project management and organization tools (e.g., Jira).´
• Advanced english
