QA Lead

At Talenter we are seeking a QA Lead to join a blockchain startup in the fintech industry, building next-generation cross-border payment solutions.

As the QA Lead, you will manage a global team of QA Engineers, define structured testing plans, oversee manual and automated testing efforts, and ensure seamless test execution across web, mobile, and blockchain applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured, scalable QA strategy spanning multiple teams, regions, and testing environments.
• Define and uphold quality standards, best practices, and testing processes for both manual and automated approaches.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of QA Engineers working across various time zones.
• Supervise the creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases for web, mobile, and blockchain applications.
• Administer test case management tools and ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans and results. Drive the implementation and optimization of end-to-end (E2E) automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
• Leverage session-capturing tools to document issues with video and logs for faster debugging.
• Establish key QA metrics and reporting practices to track software quality and testing effectivenes
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 2+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in manual and automated testing, with experience in E2E testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Proficiency in test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
