Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to drive brand consistency, creative innovation, and high-quality visual content across our marketing initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will be a strong team player and leader, working closely with designers and marketing teams to develop engaging, on-brand visuals while ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and marketing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with the Design Manager and marketing teams to maintain a strong and engaging visual identity.
  • Lead a team of graphic designers, ensuring quality, coordination, and teamwork.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to new design projects, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Work closely with other marketing departments to understand design requirements and deliver appropriate assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate best practices into design strategies.
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments, working efficiently under pressure when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Lead Designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects.
  • iGaming sector is highly desirable.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
