Job Description

We are looking for a Web Designer to lead the design and execution of high-quality web projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with growth marketing teams, develop strategic visual frameworks, and maintain brand consistency for an engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement visually appealing and high-performing web designs from concept to launch.
  • Ensure designs align with business goals, brand identity, and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Utilize responsive and mobile-first design strategies to optimize usability.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing team to enhance website conversions.
  • Develop visual frameworks and strategic designs that drive user engagement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all website touchpoints.
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey by implementing UX/UI best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital projects.
  • Expertise in the latest design tools & technologies, including:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, or Sketch).
  • HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills
