Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead teams and organizations in adopting and improving Agile methodologies.

  • The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile transformation, provide coaching on Agile principles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide teams through the transition to Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance Agile adoption across teams and departments.
  • Deliver individual and group coaching to improve the organization’s Agile maturity.
  • Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress.
  • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management and prioritization.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance Agile processes and increase adoption.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration, feedback, and innovation.
  • Assist teams in using Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or other project management platforms.
  • Guide organizations through Agile change management to maximize efficiency and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in a corporate or enterprise setting.
  • Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in conducting Agile workshops and training sessions.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, etc.)
