Job Description

We are seeking an ICT Security Architect to design, implement, and enhance security solutions that protect enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and data.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in security frameworks, risk management, and cloud security architecture, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Architecture Design: Develop and maintain secure architecture frameworks for IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and applications.
  • Risk Management: Identify security risks, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
  • Cloud & Network Security: Design and implement cloud security strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust models.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Define and enforce IAM policies, integrating technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Security Operations: Collaborate with SOC teams to enhance security monitoring, incident detection, and response capabilities.
  • Threat Modeling & Incident Response: Develop security models to detect, respond, and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
  • Security Tooling & Automation: Deploy and configure SIEM, EDR, DLP, and security automation tools to improve threat visibility and response.
  • Collaboration & Advisory: Work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to embed security best practices into development and deployment processes.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain security architecture documentation and conduct security awareness training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in security architecture, IT security, or cybersecurity engineering.
  • Expertise in security frameworks & standards
  • cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and network security controls.
  • IAM solutions
  • DevSecOps principles, CI/CD security, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Experience with SIEM, SOC, and security monitoring tools
  • security automation & scripting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Zero Trust Architecture and security micro-segmentation.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing and ethical hacking methodologies.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, IoT security, and emerging cyber threats.
