CTO

As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ADM, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and quality of our core development processes while shaping the company’s technological direction. You will collaborate with development teams to standardize solutions, optimize workflows, and drive automation.

Additionally, you will focus on growing and mentoring our development organization, ensuring that we remain competitive in external tenders and continue to innovate. This role requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to support both short-term efficiency gains and long-term growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Enhancing efficiency in core services and development processes through automation and best practices.
• Reducing errors in both management and development processes.
• Standardizing development processes and increasing the reusability of solutions.
• Leading the development of our tech teams, focusing on structured growth and talent development.
• Defining the company’s technological focus and contributing to strategic business decisions.
• Supporting key project proposals and sales efforts where relevant.
• Establishing and maintaining development standards and technical tools.
• Participating in strategic planning with a focus on technology and developer growth.
• Engaging in key client projects based on expertise.

Apply if you:

• Have experience leading and developing teams of at least five people.
• Have worked with clients in the private sector.
• Have a strong background in software development field (e.g., developer, analyst, DevOps, Team Lead etc.).
• Possess excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.

You get bonus points for:

• Strong experience in using AI tools.
