We are currently seeking a new team member for the position of Field Product Manager, based in Estonia (preferably in Tallinn).


Qualifications:

·        University degree

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing positions (experience in pharmaceutical business preferred)

·        Strong proficiency in English (oral & written)

·        Fluent in Estonian language

·        MS Office – proficient

·        Driver’s license

·        An in-depth knowledge of Estonian health care system

·        Account management experience

·        Project management experience

 

Key roles and responsibilities:

·        Develops and executes sales and marketing tactics/activities for products in assigned therapeutic area.

·        Delivers against agreed commercial and strategic objectives within the given budget and time frames.

·        Builds strong relationships with KOLs and key customers, to drive commercial development in relevant therapeutic area.

·        Promotes assigned products in accordance with EFPIA code, Swixx Biopharma Compliance standards and procedures.

·        Performs market analysis and/or research, based on which provides forecasts.

·        Based on market analysis, prepares plans to capture opportunities and decrease threats.

·        Provides internal input for market access and business development activities as requested.

·        Prepares reports on performed activities on a weekly basis.

·        Proactively increases his/her knowledge of company products, competitors, therapeutic area.

·        Performs other professional duties in accordance with the reference documents of the quality management system.

·        Regularly completes relevant professional and business process training as required by Swixx Biopharma or partner companies.

·        Other duties.
