Role Summary:

Forsyth Barnes are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join a global luxury retailer on a 12-month contract/freelance basis. This role is based in Paris, France with a hybrid working model (2-3 days on-site per week). You will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision: Establish and maintain a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Translate the vision into an actionable roadmap, prioritizing initiatives using data-driven methods (e.g., RICE).
• Backlog Management: Collaborate closely with Tech Product Owners (POs) and Business Owners (BOs) to manage the product backlog.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage quantitative data (analytics, A/B testing) and qualitative insights (user feedback, UX studies) to inform strategic choices.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technology, UX, and business units to ensure product alignment.
• Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops such as design sprints and story mapping sessions to drive solution development.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and monitor the impact of product developments, ensuring continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a technology-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE)
• Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL)
• Experience with discovery methodologies (JTBD, user interviews, A/B testing)
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops
• Ability to adapt to uncertainty and make data-driven decisions
