Responsibilities

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD to streamline software delivery
- Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes and Balena
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Optimize system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform services to enhance infrastructure and storage solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure high availability with minimal downtime
- Document workflows and collaborate on security compliance practices
- 3+ years experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and automation
- Proficiency in Latvian and English language skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services like Compute Engine and Kubernetes Engine
- Expertise in GitLab version control and CI/CD pipeline management
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux-based systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
