About the Role

Join a highly skilled and collaborative team developing and maintaining critical custom applications in a high-stakes financial environment. As an OutSystems Developer within our team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering robust, scalable, and secure low-code solutions used across various internal departments.

This role combines technical development with business-critical thinking, your work directly supports processes tied to large-scale investments, financial risk assessments, and strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems low-code platform
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to translate complex requirements into efficient digital solutions
• Implement integrations with internal and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.)
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Support and improve existing applications, identifying opportunities for optimization or modernization
• Actively contribute to the team’s technical evolution and best practices within the OutSystems framework

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Proven experience developing with OutSystems (3+ years preferred)
• Solid understanding of low-code principles, relational databases, and integration techniques
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Ability to thrive in a structured, high-security IT environment with strong documentation and quality expectations
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have:

• OutSystems Certification(s)
• Experience in regulated environments (finance, insurance, banking, etc.)
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within OutSystems
• French or another EU language
