What You’ll Be Doing

As Platform Lead / Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and developing a scalable, high-performance cloud platform. You will lead the design and implementation of our Kubernetes-based infrastructure, develop backend services in Python, and create front-end applications in React. Your role will also involve building the engineering team, implementing OpenStack for private cloud environments, and ensuring best practices in GPU-accelerated cloud computing, automation, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a scalable, cloud-native platform leveraging Kubernetes and OpenStack.
• Lead the backend development of services and APIs using Python.
• Design and implement React-based front-end applications for platform management and visualization.
• Optimize Kubernetes cluster management, scaling, and automation for AI/ML workloads.
• Integrate OpenStack-based infrastructure to support private and hybrid cloud environments.
• Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across cloud environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and AI engineering teams to integrate services efficiently.
• Leverage NVIDIA GPU technologies, including DGX, HGX, OVX, and RTX, to optimize model training and inference pipelines.
• Establish and enforce best practices in cloud security, performance, monitoring, and automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end platform delivery.

What Your Day Will Not Look Like

• Maintaining outdated monolithic systems—we work with modern cloud-native architectures.
• Repetitive manual deployment—we automate infrastructure and deployments.
• Working in silos—this role requires collaboration across engineering, DevOps, and AI teams.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with OpenStack and private cloud environments.
• Strong Python backend development skills, with experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with React for building scalable front-end applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm, or Ansible).
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with GPU-accelerated workloads, high-performance computing, or AI model deployment.
• Proven ability to build and lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in cloud networking and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd, or Cilium).
• Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure and model deployment.
