Key Responsibilities:

As our HR Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on:

• Ensuring compliance with Swedish labour laws and global HR standards.
• Developing and maintaining policies that make sense (not just sound fancy).
• Leading initiatives related to work environment, rehabilitation, and labour law matters.
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments related to HR compliance and work environment.
• Making sure we stay ahead of the game when it comes to workplace regulations.
• Collaborating with our global HR team to bring local expertise to an international setting.
• Managing workplace safety initiatives, including risk prevention, health & safety training, and incident investigations
• HR administration - updating data, uploading documents, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, etc.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Have solid experience with Swedish labour law, compliance, and HR policies.
• Enjoy working in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world.
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and great at making complex topics easy to understand.
• Have a genuine passion for employee well-being and a proactive approach to creating a healthy workplace.
• Communicate clearly in both Swedish and English
• Have a bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent education
