Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Data Analyst.

Location: Remote work from Poland

The Domain Delivery Transformation program aims to unify and optimize this ecosystem of three product lines for a more streamlined and cohesive structure. The program will enable simplified and consistent end-to-end delivery and support processes in order to increase future agility and achieve cost efficiencies and a consistent employee experience.

This is achieved by consolidating a significant range of current fragmented managed services contracts, harmonizing and simplifying underpinning support processes and by leveraging a clear sourcing strategy for all contributing roles to the product enabling services within the SS&WE domain.

Role Overview:

• Support data-driven decision-making by providing accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations for process improvement and automation.
• Drive self-service reporting initiative using ThoughtSpot

Responsibilities for the position:

• Generate data insights using trends and storytelling techniques to support decision-making
• Identify areas for improvement by analyzing large volumes of data
• Predictive analytics for budget forecasting and onsite support issues
