Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Type: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!


Role Overview:

You will lead multiple process improvement projects, working closely with senior executives and operations teams. Your focus will be on identifying safety concerns, system issues, and key drivers for customer satisfaction while achieving financial benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1-2 contact reduction projects within various Lines of Business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on commercial projects.
  • Conduct weekly fact-finding sessions and safety assessments.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and develop improvement strategies.


Essential Experience/Criteria:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Skills in process mapping and conducting workshops.


Desirable Experience/Criteria:

  • Experience in project management or Six Sigma-related projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
