Career Renew
United States · Full-time · Entry

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Fullstack Engineer DeFi - this is a hybrid role in NYC.

We are the first automated, on-chain economic security system enabling crypto protocols to optimize management and capital efficiency while safeguarding user funds. We analyze protocol mechanics and scenario implications using world-class custom EVM simulations to provide actionable insights.

Our platform is trusted by leading protocols, including Aave, GMX, dYdX, Uniswap and others, to manage and secure billions of dollars in assets.

We’re looking for candidates eager to dive deep into leading DeFi protocols and develop data models and pipelines that power advanced risk analysis tools. The dashboards you create will help industry leaders make critical decisions, ensuring the security and stability of their protocols.

Collaboration is key to our success. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of researchers and developers, all committed to building a robust and efficient data platform that is already shaping the future of DeFi.

While prior experience with blockchain technology or DeFi protocols is a plus, it’s not required. What truly matters is your commitment to excellence and your drive to learn and grow in the world of decentralized finance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our research team to comprehensively understand new DeFi protocols.
  • Design robust data models tailored to the specific DeFi protocol’s risk portfolio. This involves exploring and integrating data from diverse on-chain and off-chain sources, ensuring all necessary data for the risk analysis is captured.
  • Develop efficient and highly reliable data pipelines to ingest, validate, and transform raw data from various sources. You'll implement risk-related aggregations to generate actionable insights, ensuring all relevant data is readily available for risk analysis tools.
  • Leverage our established platform to design and develop interactive dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of all protocol risk aspects. This empowers our customers to not only understand the overall risk status but also make informed decisions regarding the safety of the protocol.
