Technical Skill Set : IT Project Management, Technology Transformation, Regulatory Compliance

Experience : 12+ Years

Location : Kolkata

Must Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Pharma R&D and IT integration.

3. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

4. Strong knowledge of Pharma R&D processes, including clinical trials, data management, and regulatory compliance.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
