Data Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Create business process models, workflows, and data flow diagrams to clearly communicate business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Use SQL and Excel to analyze and manipulate data, generating reports and insights to support business decisions.

Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to present key metrics and trends.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Participate in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage project timelines and ensure continuous delivery.

Create and maintain documentation for business processes, requirements, and project deliverables in tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are managed and met.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
