Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

Are you curious about the world of cybersecurity but not sure where to begin? Join our internship programme — designed to give you broad exposure across all major domains of cybersecurity before helping you dive deeper into a specialization that fits your passion and strengths.

What to Expect:

• Security Governance and Risk Management: Learn how policies, standards, and risk assessments drive a secure business environment.
• Security Engineering: Learn about the tools, architectures, and controls used to design secure systems.
• Security Operations: Observe how cybersecurity teams monitor, detect, and respond to potential threats.
  
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• To be a student in Higher educational institution . Studies in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related fields
• A strong interest in cybersecurity, with curiosity to explore different paths
• Motivation to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude
• Able to manage your time & prioritize

€1,050 - €1,300 a month

Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
