• Working closely with business, design, third party firms and other development teams, to maintain and improve processes based on blockchain technology like custody, trading, tokenization.
• Design, develop and do maintenance of custody, trading and tokenization processes of back office applications
• Analysing and developing end-to-end experiences for Garanti BBVA Bank and Garanti BBVA Kripto mobile app users.
• Monitoring and maintaining end-user experience and processes.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis in an agile team
• Have end-to-end responsibility for analysis, test and maintenance stages, performing both functional and user acceptance testing
• Take ownership of individual tasks while ensuring alignment with the team objectives.
• Work closely with business, global third party firms and other development teams, to maintain and improve processes
• Assist project coordination end-to-end
• Make pre-analysis and searched of new project demands
• Third party firm management
• Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with customers and understand their needs

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering etc. or equivalent business experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience working as Business Analyst in projects that requires analyze and design for customer experience Banking/IT Sector or Capital Market Experince is a plus)
• Proven skills and effectiveness in requirements gathering, definition, elicitation, business planning, data analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, design processes and systems, testing implementation, end-user interviews
• Having experience in working with 3rd party products, vendors and services is a plus
• Experience in designing with microservice architecture, understanding the principles of microservice design and its effects
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements by adapting existing product
• Excellent analytical ability, problem solving, communication skills, strong judgement and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical people
• Planning and time management skills, comply with deadlines
• Proactive, ability to teamwork as well as work independently
• Self-motivated person with “Get it done!” attitude, who is eager to learn and improve him/herself
• Constructive, have positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Resilient, eager to do his/her responsibilities successfully
• Interested in new technologies and blockchain
• Able to understand and analyze documents in English, and have sufficient command of the language to express themselves in written and oral meetings.
• Familiar with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle, preferably agile principles
• Analytical thinking, outstanding problem solving skills, being eager to learn and open for improvement
