Project Manager

UST is looking for a Project Manager to join the team of our client, a leading global investment banking and securities firm that provides a full range of investing, advisory and financing services worldwide.

Location: Poland, Warsaw (office-based).

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment with risk management, compliance, and audit objectives.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage risks or issues proactively.
• Support governance efforts through documentation, reporting, and effective communication.
• Partner with stakeholders to respond to regulatory or audit-related inquiries and requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and ensure project transparency across business and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Project management experience (within a financial services setting is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present effectively to various audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience supporting projects related to internal controls, audit readiness, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, technology platforms, or risk frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with governance, risk; compliance (GRC) tools and vendor management processes is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification preferred but not required.
