Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and self-motivated UI/UX Designer with a passion for live casino, iGaming and Gaming products. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our online casino table games. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces that delight our users and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Create user-centered designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and optimized for both mobile and desktop experiences within the live casino and iGaming space.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members in an agile environment to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our gaming products.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user flows, ensuring consistency across all products.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on live casino and/or iGaming products.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Mindset:
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Education: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
