Data Scientist

Job Summary:

Data Scientist to drive the technical direction of our Post-Call Analytics platform built on Azure. Lead a team of engineers, design scalable architectures, and ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models for speech analytics and compliance verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of the analytics platform.
• Architect scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Optimize real-time and batch data processing for post-call analysis.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI teams to integrate speech-to-text, sentiment analysis, and compliance checks.
• Ensure data security and governance following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize cloud costs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in software development,
• Strong experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, Event Hub, ADLS, Azure AI Services).
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric for analytics.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows for voice analytics (Azure AI Speech, OpenAI APIs, NLP).
• Expertise in Python, SQL,.
