Manager (Resource Governance & Support)

What The Role Is

You play a key role in guiding and assisting the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) units to achieve strong Governance and Compliance (G&C) outcomes by designing and implementing G&C and audit support systems.

What You Will Be Working On

• Provide resource support to RSN units undergoing audits
• Provide execution support for conduct of self-checks
• Perform management reporting related to state of health
• Drive projects to improve G&C outcomes
  
  
  

Challenge(s)

• Keeping abreast of developments in governance and compliance
• Understanding how technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence, could be applied to ease compliance efforts
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Human Resource, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Economics
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and writing skills
