Manager / Assistant Manager (HR Policy & Engagement) - 2yr contract
What The Role Is
You will be part of our Talent Management & Policy team in JTC, which manages HR policies pertaining to compensation and benefits and staff engagement.
What You Will Be Working On
You will get to:
- Administer compensation and benefits related matters such as leave administration, claims and compensation.
- Administer the staff declaration process and handle related policies.
- Assist in the performance management process such as staff confirmation.
- Review and implement HR policies and processes where required.
- Support the systems related efforts such as data migration and UAT testing.
- Plan, execute and evaluate the effectiveness of staff engagement activities to drive employee’s well being.
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience in SAP system implementation will be an advantage.
You Should Also Be
- an Effective Communicator –> You communicate clearly and concisely through written and spoken language, and are comfortable interacting with all stakeholders to get them to understand your perspective.
- Analytical –> You have the ability to visualize and articulate complex problems and see a situation from different points of view.
- a Good Organiser –> You work in a systemic and orderly manner, and are comfortable with multi-tasking.
