About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Golang Developer with expertise in Temporal.io to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 10-20 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using Go.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go (Golang).
• Implement and optimize Temporal workflows for distributed systems.
• Work on event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in all aspects of development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to the development team.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-20 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Golang and concurrent programming.
• Experience with Temporal.io for workflow orchestration.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with gRPC, Kafka, or message queues.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
