Job Title: AI/ML Engineers

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Pay Rate: $60-65/hr.

Description

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Generative AI, particularly in Prompt Engineering, Data Curation, AI agent development, and domain-specific model fine-tuning.

Key Skills

Transformer Architecture, Generative AI, PEFT (LoRA/QLoRA), RAG, Langchain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python.

Key Qualifications

Strong understanding of Transformer architecture and Generative AI concepts

Experience with prompt engineering and PEFT such as LoRA/QLoRA training on large language models is a plus.

Hands-on experience with building and extending RAG, multi-agent frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen

Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python data science modules.
