Full-Stack Developer (React/Next.js + Python)

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with React.js and Next.js (with SSR) on the frontend, as well as Python on the backend.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development with Python
  • Strong experience in React.js and Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
  • Proficiency in Python for backend development, with experience in building APIs and backend services
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with database technologies (PostgreSQL is a strong plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Will be a plus

  • Integrate third-party services and work with geospatial data (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of PostGIS for spatial queries and mapping applications
  • Experience with Mapbox and handling geospatial data

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js with Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability
  • Be part of a collaborative team working in Scrum
