We are currently recruiting for an Agile Coach to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role:
As our Agile Coach you will be responsible for driving transformational culture change across our CIO community through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating cross functional teams of specialists. Your influence will also extend to Lead Platform Product Owners and Heads of Portfolio delivery.
You will be expected to contribute to the creation and effective facilitation of Agile at scale (e.g. scrum of scrums)for team impediment escalations and product alignment at scale (e.g. meta scrum) to ensue alignment to quarterly business objectives and work across portfolio activity.
You will be responsible for fostering an out-performance culture with a keen attention to outcomes, focus on end to end value steam flow of work and supporting data driven decision making that incorporates a probabilistic mindset are equally crucial for success.
About You:
Key to your success will be your ability to engage, collaborate and coach senior stakeholders along our agile journey, while enabling cross functional teams close alignment with business goals/roadmaps is critical.
You will need demonstrated experience in specific practices such as : theory of constraints, systems thinking, flow, applying metrics for predictability, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Scaling with Portfolio Kanban(SPK).
You will also have demonstrated Power-user/Administrator experience in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence. As well as advanced roadmaps and actionable agile is highly desired. It would also be beneficial to have qualifications such as scaled Portfolio Kanban (ASPK), Applied metrics for predictability (AMP) and/or PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, ENT and/or CAT.
