As the primary contact for partner-led implementations, you'll oversee project execution, resolve issues, and refine best practices to enhance partner success. Your leadership will strengthen the partner ecosystem, enabling scalable, high-impact solutions for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Partner Implementations – Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.
• Resolve Issues & Mitigate Risks – Act as the go-to contact for escalations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Enable Partners – Provide onboarding, best practices, and methodology guidance.
• Drive Process Improvements – Analyze trends and refine delivery strategies.
• Manage Stakeholder Communication – Align teams, manage expectations, and report on project progress.
• Connect Partners to Technical Resources – Ensure access to the right support at critical milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or tech solutions.
• Proven track record in partner enablement or managing global outsourced professional services teams.
• Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess an analytical mindset.
• Skilled in using JIRA, Confluence
• Salesforce, and project management tools.
• Able to adjust to project demands.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.

Salary:

$110k-$125k base + super + benefits
