Senior Digital Designer

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Digital Designer to join our team woking for the US market.

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative concepts and designs for our campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and developers, to create visually stunning digital assets. Your expertise in CRM design, coupled with your proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and financial industry experience, will ensure the successful delivery of impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the account team to understand client objectives and campaign briefs, translating them into compelling designs and assets.
• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for email templates, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the seamless execution of designs across various digital platforms and devices.
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs based on insights and data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the agency's growth.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.
• +3 years experience working as Digital Designer.
• +1 working for international brands preferred
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers is a plus.
• Bilingual English is mandatory, as you will be working with our teams from South Africa and United states.
