Responsibilities:

• Demand planning and optimisation in close collaboration with the industries, sales, customer service, marketing and plants
• Involvement in the strategic and tactical planning of the production network as well as short and medium-term demand and capacity planning and derivation of future capacity requirements
• Conducting S&OP meetings to ensure delivery capability with optimal plant utilisation, as well as review and verification of forecasts
• Inventory management and optimisation (costs, service level, safety stocks) as well as management of blocked stocks
• Responsibility, coordination and further development of supply chain relevant KPI's
• Co-design and implementation of supply chain relevant processes and tools
• Responsibility for one or more product groups in a complex product and production environment in the EMEA region
  
  

Requirements

• Preferable Master degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management or related areas such as production or product management
• Knowledge of operational supply chain processes and their optimisation
• Initial management experience desirable
• In-depth S&OP and SAP knowledge and experience, ideally also with Integrated Business Planning
• Fluent written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French an advantage
• Analytical thinking combined with strong communication and team skills
