Front to Back Business Analyst

Your Role & Impact

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring seamless front-to-back operations in Capital Markets. You will collaborate with front-office teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to drive regional projects and support global initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Be the Go-To Expert – Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business stakeholders in Asia, providing cross-asset expertise.

✅ Lead Critical Projects – Oversee project scoping, execution, testing, and production implementation.

✅ Analyze & Optimize – Conduct end-to-end functional studies, define solutions, and improve front-to-back efficiency.

✅ Manage Stakeholders – Work closely with front-office sponsors, traders, IT teams, and global stakeholders.

✅ Ensure Quality & Compliance – Coordinate UAT, support change management, and provide go-live assistance.

✅ Support & Train – Deliver business-user training, maintain functional documentation, and assist production teams when needed.

✅ Risk Management – Identify risks and escalate critical issues to management proactively.

What You Bring

🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

🔹 Experience: 3+ years in a Capital Markets environment, preferably in business analysis or functional project management.

🔹 Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Capital Markets ecosystem, trade lifecycle management, and investment banking operations (settlement, reporting, regulatory compliance).

🔹 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Jira, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate business needs into technical solutions

🔹 Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with global teams
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to drive efficiency
