ELECTRICAL MAINT. ENGINEER

Overview

Supervise a multidisciplined (M, I, E) team of technicians who perform Campaign activities, or who perform Asset Maintenance activities. Supervise and administer technicians within their same discipline for training and development of their skills as well as routine administrative duties

Experience

Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in O&G production operations, or Electrical systems or in similar industry.

Fair experience and Knowledge in OT cyber security.

Thorough understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and

procedures.

Ability to set and implement operational objectives, drive performance and foster a performance culture.

Highly motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive mindset.

Ability to work with large teams in a complex and multicultural environment. Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Computer literate in both MS Office suite and SAP CMMS.

Certifications

Permit to Work -- Performing Authority

Qualifications

Minimum Higher National Diploma and preferably Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
