What you'll do:

• Develop deep domain expertise in your squad's product area to effectively address user pain points.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation in supply chain solutions, optimizing for efficiency and performance.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to refine and enhance product designs.
• Establish and maintain a design system for all internal supply chain applications, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate concepts and design ideas.

What you'll need :

• Proficiency in Figma, with advanced skills and a deep understanding of its capabilities.
• Extensive experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at leading and working in diverse teams.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Supply chain background will be big plus.
