UI/UX Designer

• 5 Month contract + potential to extend
• Hourly rate up to $55 + Super / ph depending on provided experience
• Hybrid working arrangement - WFH/Office

A global consulting company is after a UX Designer to contribute to a large-scale program.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user experiences, ensuring they are accessible, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage personalisation and marketing tools such as Pega NBA, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Dynamic Yield, or other relevant platforms.
• Utilise A/B testing, user research, and behavioural analytics to inform UX decisions and improve engagement.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into seamless digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to validate and refine design concepts

About you:

• 3+ years in UX/UI design, preferably with exposure to marketing tools or personalisation platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into engaging user experiences, with a focus on conversion optimisation and personalisation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on UX designs
