Job Description

Are you passionate about decentralized technologies, blockchain innovation, and cutting-edge Web3 solutions? We are looking for a Blockchain Engineer to enhance and maintain Cosmos-based systems that power our blockchain platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, and maintain Cosmos-based blockchain systems to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Research and prototype new blockchain technologies, exploring their potential for integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams, including developers, cryptographers, and product managers, to deliver innovative blockchain solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source projects and actively engage with the broader blockchain and Cosmos ecosystem.
  • Optimize smart contract performance on CosmWasm, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Web3 engineering, blockchain development, or decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Rust
  • CosmWasm and Cosmos SDK. blockchain fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing decentralized protocols.
  • Tendermint
  • IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication)
  • Proof-of-Stake (PoS) models
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Ethereum, Substrate, or other blockchain frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cryptographic principles, zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), and security best practices.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
  • Experience with multi-chain interoperability solutions.
