Machine Learning Engineer

RED Global is currently recruiting for a Machine Learning Engineer - AI for our client, a global organisation who undertaking a large complex digital transformation program. They are looking to bring on board an experienced ML Engineer – AI with extensive experience of Machine Learning, Generative AI, Solution architecture and Data Science platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible to define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions with a strong focus on generative models and LLM.
• Design and implement solutions with the use of ML and Generative AI tools and technologies, with a strong focus on end-to-end automation.
• Accountable to build and design cloud hosted generative AI solutions.
• Work closely with customers to identify issues and support them in implementation of their ML ecosystem.
• Develop Solutions to ensure robust and secure data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model training and deployment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Lead the evaluation of new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch or French with good senior level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

Required skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in designing and building AI solutions.
• Hands on expertise in ML techniques, deep learning frameworks, image processing and AI-related technologies including Generative AI.
• Previous worked across various cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Must have experience of using data science platforms such as Databricks, AzureML, SageMaker and frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar.
• Good knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, DataOps and LLMOps principles.
• Native Dutch or French speaker and professional working proficiency in English.
